Windows 11 Compatibility Issue?

Has anyone here used Spike Recorder on Windows 11? Is it designed to work with Windows 11 OS?

I’ve been able to download and open Spike Recorder on a desktop that runs Windows 10, and on my Android smartphone and iPad. While I can download and install Spike Recorder on my work and personal laptop, which are running Windows 11, the program will not open. I did some digging and the Spike Recorder program will try to open, but when I monitor task manager and/or resource manager it looks like it is automatically suspended and terminated.

I was wondering if anyone has encountered this issue and has any fixes?

Hi and thanks for your message.

This issue with Windows 11 compatibility had occurred in the past, but it was resolved through a software fix some time ago and hasn’t been reported again until now.

I’ve reached out to a colleague and we’re currently looking into it to identify what might be going on. I’ll get back to you with an update and a solution as soon as possible.

Thanks for your patience and understanding!
