Hi all, having an issue with a HHI device where it is generating only extremely weak shocks no matter the intensity setting. The “master” side works fine and plenty of signal is received judging by the lights, however the “minion” feels only a very slight tingle regardless of setting. We’ve switched wires, batteries, electrodes, etc, so I suspect it is an internal issue. Would love any tips, ideas, advice for steps to take.
Thanks for reaching out and for already testing different wires, batteries, and electrodes, that’s very helpful. Since the master unit is functioning normally and the minion is producing only very faint output regardless of intensity, this does suggest a possible internal hardware issue.
To help us diagnose further, could you please send us:
- Photos of your setup (showing both master and minion connections)
- Close-ups of the minion device, especially around the electrode ports
- A short video/recording showing how the lights behave when you change the intensity setting, and the response you’re seeing
- Any additional observations (for example, whether the behavior changes after running for a while, or if the minion ever worked normally before this issue)
