Is there a classroom set price for the spiker:bit kits? I saw it earlier, but now I don’t see it.
I already have microbits; does V 1.5 or V 2 work with the system?
Does the standard microbit AAA battery pack sufficiently power the microbit and the spikerbit, or does it have to be plugged into a computer through the USB?
The AAA do not provide enough power for the ephys sensors and servos. We tried as that would be ideal. We do have a 10pack. I will have to search for it.
As for EEG. It kinda works. EEG in general is hit or miss depending on hair, gel, and placement. But we can get alpha waves to work. We added a tool to the spikerbit library for that.
Battery holders are included. Batteries sadly are not. Thanks for looking extra carefully at the potential of the spikerbit. It’s one of my favorite inventions as it open up so much creativity. Let us know if you have any questions.
